Project description

As part of United Sport's projects specializing in the construction and development of sports and educational facilities, we completed a 600 m² five-a-side football field using artificial turf, alongside 300 m² of artificial landscaping, bringing the total project area to 900 m².

First: Five-a-Side Football Field

The football field was constructed using Dutch artificial turf, including laying, cutting, custom fitting, and installation according to the approved field dimensions and design.

The implementation process included the following stages:

01 — Ground Preparation

Preparing the field surface, adjusting ground levels, and ensuring the base was ready for the artificial turf system.

02 — Supply and Installation of Artificial Turf

Laying and installing Dutch artificial turf, including precise cutting, custom fitting, and secure joining of seams and connections.

03 — Silica Sand Infill

Applying and evenly distributing silica sand within the artificial turf fibers to help stabilize the fibers and improve the consistency of the playing surface.

04 — SBR Rubber Infill

Applying SBR rubber granules over the silica sand layer to enhance surface flexibility and improve shock absorption during play.

05 — Sports Field Markings and Final Finishing

Installing field markings using white artificial turf according to the approved design and dimensions, followed by final finishing, installation quality inspections, and verification of even infill distribution.

Second: Artificial Landscaping

Artificial Landscape | 300 m²

The project included the supply and installation of artificial landscaping using 30 mm (3 cm) artificial grass, creating an attractive and consistent appearance across the outdoor spaces while complementing the sports area.

The work included site preparation, artificial grass laying and installation, precise cutting and custom fitting, joint and seam treatment, and final finishing.
