Construction and outfitting of one five-a-side football pitch and three padel courts.
As part of United Sport's projects specializing in the construction and development of integrated sports facilities, we completed a range of sports facilities at Prime One Sports Club in Dakarnas, Dakahlia Governorate, including a fully equipped five-a-side football field and three padel courts featuring different systems: Standard Padel Court, Panoramic Padel Court, and Super Panoramic Padel Court.
The scope of work included preparing the football field's infrastructure, carrying out metalwork and perimeter fencing, and supplying and installing artificial turf. It also covered the complete construction of the padel courts, including steel structures, glass panels, playing surfaces, sports equipment, and lighting systems.
We constructed a fully equipped five-a-side football field covering an area of 924 m², following a comprehensive implementation process from ground preparation and base construction to artificial turf installation, sports field markings, and final finishing.
Ground Preparation and Base Construction
The work began with site preparation, ground leveling, and elevation adjustments, followed by the installation of crushed stone and aggregate base layers. These layers were spread, leveled, and compacted to create a stable foundation suitable for sports activities.
Metalwork and Perimeter Fencing
The project included the installation of metal structures and fixtures surrounding the football field, along with perimeter fencing to define the playing area and keep the ball within the field boundaries.
Supply and Installation of Artificial Turf
We supplied and installed Dutch artificial turf specifically designed for five-a-side football fields. The installation included turf laying, precise cutting, custom fitting, joining turf rolls, and professional seam treatment.
Infill System and Sports Field Markings
The infill system consisted of Silica Sand and SBR Rubber granules, distributed according to the requirements of the selected turf system. Sports field markings were installed using white artificial turf, followed by final finishing works.
United Sport undertook the complete construction and installation of three padel courts, using the standard systems applicable to each court category. Each system featured a distinct structural design and glass panel arrangement to achieve its specific characteristics.
Standard Padel Court
We constructed a standard padel court, including base preparation and anchoring points, fabrication and installation of the steel structure, installation of glass panels and mesh sections, and preparation of the playing surface using specialized artificial turf for padel courts.
The work also included installing the playing net, posts, and lighting systems, followed by structural adjustments, secure fixing, and final finishing to ensure all court components were properly integrated and ready for use.
Panoramic Padel Court
We constructed a panoramic padel court featuring a design focused on providing a more open viewing experience through the arrangement of glass panels and steel sections according to the selected system.
The work included installing the steel structure, glass panels, and mesh fencing, preparing the playing surface with artificial turf, and installing the padel net and lighting system, followed by final adjustments and finishing works.
Super Panoramic Padel Court
We constructed a super panoramic padel court featuring a structural design that enhances visual openness and minimizes obstructions within the viewing area, according to the specifications of the selected system.
The work included installing the steel structure, glass panels, and mesh sections, preparing the playing surface with specialized artificial turf for padel courts, and installing the playing net and lighting system, along with all necessary equipment and final finishing works.
