Project description

As part of United Sport's projects specializing in the construction and development of sports and educational facilities, we carried out the supply and installation of artificial turf systems at Manor House International School in New Cairo, including a five-a-side football field, a multi-purpose sports court, and artificial landscaping works.

The project covered a total area of 3,056 m², with each area featuring an artificial turf system suited to its intended use, ensuring a balance between sports performance and the overall aesthetic appeal of the facility.

First: Five-a-Side Football Field

Five-a-Side Football Pitch | 800 m²

We supplied and installed Dutch-origin artificial turf for the five-a-side football field, covering an area of 800 m². The work included turf laying, cutting, custom fitting, and installation according to the approved field dimensions and design.

The installation process included the application of Silica Sand and SBR Rubber infill, sports field markings using white artificial turf, precise joint and seam treatment, and final finishing works.

Second: Multi-Purpose Sports Court

Multi-Purpose Sports Court | 1,056 m²

We supplied and installed 13 mm Dutch-origin artificial turf across an area of 1,056 m², creating a multi-purpose sports court designed to accommodate various sports activities within the school.

The work included surface preparation, artificial turf installation, precise cutting and custom fitting, and joint and seam treatment. Silica Sand was used as the only infill material, with sports field markings installed according to the approved court design.

Third: Artificial Landscaping

Artificial Landscape | 1,200 m²

We completed the supply and installation of artificial landscaping across an area of 1,200 m², using 40 mm (4 cm) artificial grass to enhance the outdoor spaces and create a visually appealing landscape that complements the surrounding sports facilities and buildings.

The work included preparing the designated areas, laying and installing artificial grass, precise cutting and custom fitting around existing structures and boundaries, and professional joint and seam treatment to ensure high-quality installation and final finishing.
