Project description

UNITED SPORT completed the construction and installation of a five-a-side football field at the El Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant in Matrouh Governorate, covering a total area of 924 m².

The project involved the installation of Dutch artificial turf, including infill application, sports field markings, and final finishing works.

Project Implementation Stages

1. Site Preparation and Groundwork

Preparing the designated area for football field construction and ensuring the surface was ready for the installation of the artificial turf system.

2. Supply and Installation of Artificial Turf

Installing Dutch artificial turf, including turf laying, cutting, joining, and precise seam adjustments according to the field dimensions.

3. Infill System

Applying Silica Sand and SBR Rubber granules as infill materials to support the artificial turf fibers and help improve the performance of the playing surface.

4. Sports Line Marking

Installing five-a-side football field markings using white artificial turf, with accurate line positioning according to the field dimensions and approved sports layout.

5. Final Finishing Works

Inspecting turf seams, infill distribution, and field markings to ensure the quality and consistency of the finished sports surface.
