Project description

As part of United Sport's projects specializing in the construction and development of sports facilities, we completed a six-a-side football field for Al Omeira Import & Export Company in Baltim, Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, covering a total area of 1,200 m².

The project involved a comprehensive range of civil and foundation works, steel structures, lighting systems, and perimeter fencing, followed by the supply and installation of artificial turf and final finishing works.

First: Ground Preparation and Base Construction

Subbase Preparation & Compaction

The work included site preparation, ground leveling, and elevation adjustments, followed by the installation of crushed stone and aggregate base layers.

These layers were spread, leveled, watered, and compacted using a mechanical roller to create a stable and uniform foundation suitable for the artificial turf system.

Second: Kerbstone Installation

Kerbstone Installation

The project included installing kerbstones around the football field to define its boundaries and playing surface area, while ensuring proper alignment, accurate elevations, and high-quality finishing.

Third: Steel Structures, Fencing & Lighting

Steel Structure, Fencing & Lighting

The work included installing steel structures and metal fixtures surrounding the football field, along with the supply and installation of perimeter fencing to define the playing area and keep the ball within the field boundaries.

The project also included the installation of sports lighting systems and the necessary equipment to support football activities.

Fourth: Supply and Installation of Artificial Turf

Artificial Football Turf System

We supplied and installed Turkish-origin artificial turf with a pile height of 50 mm (5 cm).

The installation process included laying turf rolls, precise cutting, custom fitting, and joining seams according to the approved field dimensions and design.

All installation and final finishing works were completed to achieve a uniform playing surface and a professional appearance.
